OH SHE GLOWS'S GLO BITES
Whenever I want something sweet and fast I go to these perfect pieces of paradise. If you want to walk into your kitchen and make a delicious dessert with ingredients you'll have 99% of the time. Yes, all kitchen staples and you can even defrost a frozen banana for it. True story. That's what I love about these guys. They are a great combination of things you have and want to throw together. Ingredients:
Spoon into either muffin pan or tart pan depending on how bite sized you want them!
Sprinkle with coconut and place in the freezer for 60-80 minutes. Do not over-freeze them. You want them a bit chewy. They will however melt quite fast so please serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or honey if you do honey)
- 1/2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs (optional, but they give it a great crunch)
- 1-2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional, See notes below)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Shredded unsweet. coconut, for garnish
- 1-2 tbsp dried cranberries (optional for a little bite and extra health!)
