I'm not a religious person, but this guy is amazing. Besides the epiphany, can anyone else dig the fact that good and wholesome food is cheaper than the pre-made, processed, and canned pushers?
HI! My name is Kira and I'm a 27 year old accidental/reborn health nut. Just over a year ago I was riding a wave of weight loss and decided to really take control of my diet by not DIETING. Depriving yourself of food, putting in crazy replacements, and thinking more about weight than enjoying yourself will drive you mad. My top weight was about 230 lbs and I'm down to 150 and LOVING IT. Not only am I happier in my body now than years ago, I'm happiest with how I got here. Something else I've started to do to know what I eat is as simple as reading labels. Learn the "dirty dozen" of foods that should be consumed organic, read what is actually in your food, and -yes- compare prices! I'll teach you the game. So after reading a lot of food blogs I thought, "I can do that!" and want to share my experiences, shopping tips, and - of course - recipes from me and along the way. ENJOY!
